It's rare to find a boat that has had as much attention to detail recently as this Nor'Sea 27. She's in as good of shape as she was the day she was launched. What I love about this boat is the simplicity of it's design and systems. yet it has enough room and separate sleeping cabin to withstand months on the go. Everythign is laid out for ease of inspection and access. The very rugged and capable hull with full keel and fully protected prop with a enclosed skeg hung rudder, means you are going to handle weather. However, at only 8000lbs displacement, you'll be no slug. 

Who might be the buyer of this boat? There are a handful of these niche style boats - built for solo sailors or couples, looking to cross the Atlantic - or the Pacific - head to the Fiji - or even circumnavigate. But, they are looking for simplicity in the design and systems, not just capability.
