"Sweet Thing" is the very desirable cutter rig with a shoal draft wing keel. Loaded with many recent cruising additions, she is turn key and ready for any use. She is an excellent boat for island getaways that will make some lucky couple a great cruising sailboat. She is well equipped with many recent and significant upgrades and has been professionally maintained. She is a true turnkey ready vessel awaiting her new owners to spend many more pleasurable years of cruising. Her owner recently purchased her, April, had her refitted and equipped for long range cruising, but circumstances have changed. So this totally updated and well equipped Pacific Seacraft is reluctantly offered for sale.
This is W.I.B. Crealock's most revered design. His classic 37 was recently inducted into the sailing Hall of Fame! Stunning canoe stern, ample overhangs, ideal proportions and lean, sleek lines have made her a true modern classic.
Accommodations Upon entering "Sweet Thing"s cabin, you immediately feel comfortable. The teak interior is light and airy. There are 6 large bronze opening portlights, a large Bowmar opening hatch and ample overhead and reading lights. Comfortable port and starboard settees, with a dinette table which folds up to Galley counter. There is plenty of storage space throughout in hanging lockers, under seat lockers, and drawers. The Galley is to starboard, Navigation station and Quarter berth to port. The Master Stateroom is light and airy with 3 bronze portlights and a large Bowmar opening hatch overhead. There is an offset double berth with a dressing seat. This is a very easy berth to get into and comfortable for two. The large head has a sauna seat for showering, stainless steel sink and framed bulkhead mirror. Two large hanging lockers are opposite the head to port with removable cedar lined shelves. Her teak and holly sole adds a rich warmth to complete this very livable space.

Galley Galley is U-shaped and located just inside the companionway to starboard. The Galley includes a large two-compartment stainless steel sink, stainless steel stove with oven and fiddles, two cutting boards - one of which conceals a large waste receptacle, generous stowage for food stuffs, utensils and spices. The fuel/water valve manifold is below the sink. The propane safety switch is mounted beneath the bridge deck.

Electronics The Navigation Station is designed for navigation with a 'chart size' chart table, all electronics accessible and viewable, storage to store charts flat or rolled and a comfortable seat.
|
Electrical oven design, quality and good upgrades are found to be part of her electrical system.
