A complete rebuild and conversion to a pilothouse from the top decks and cabin to the keel of a Sparkman & Stephens hull design. All systems, electrical, electronics/navigation, mechanical, running gear, mast/boom/rigging, and sails have been replaced with new between 2014 and the present. Other than several bronze deck fittings everything has been replaced/upgraded. The boat is ready and ideal for cruising the inside passage and the West Coast.Moored on Lake Union in front of our office, Massawippi II is available for showing.
