LUXURIOUS YACHT; TURN KEY CONDITION
READY TO CRUISE IN STYLE NORTHEAST USA.
Tecnomarine has long been regarded as one of the foremost shipyards in Italy and has been a trendsetter since the shipyards founding in 1972 by the Pichiotti Family. During the 40 plus years since its founding, Tecnomarine has built more than 300 yachts from 42' to 120'. In the mid to late 1980's Tecnomarine was at the forefront of the shipbuilding industry with its "Cobra" line of express cruisers, being some of the first to use the Arneson Drive System which was to become the industry standard for high performance luxury sportyachts. The Motoryachts built by Tecnomarine at the time, (of which "Voyager" is a prime example), continued to use the more conventional straight shaft drive with Twin Disc transmissions and Detroit Diesel Engines. All of the yachts built by Tecnomarine were built to class, such as Bureau Veritas, RINA, or ABS. "Voyager" was built to American Bureau of Shipping, (ABS), A-1 Yachting Class/AMS. This yacht is built like a "small ship" with damage control pumping hard plumbed into each compartment, on deck firefighting stations as well as automatic fire supression systems in the machinery spaces, and other features designed to make the yacht both safe and seaworthy.
"Voyager" was hull number four of the T-58 design and built originally for an American client and construction was overseen by his US representative. "Voyager" has always been maintained to highest yacht standards and continuously upgraded. A unique vessel on the American waterways, this yacht has styling that compares favorably to the latest designs from Azimut, Sunseeker, Riva, Neptunus, or Fairline, and still features greater interior volume than the more recent models. This yacht has had three owners since new and every one has kept the vessel in true yacht condition.
Going from the aft deck forward through Stainless Steel sliding doors with tempered glass one enters the salon. The interior of the vessel is finished in cherry and burl woods.
Entering the salon from the aft deck, the entertainment center is to starboard and opposite to port is the sectional seating area. Forward to starboard is the galley and opposite the galley is a formal dining area.
All the way forward on the main deck is the lower helm and Navigation station, and a centerline companionway to the lower level with a three stateroom layout, each with ensuite baths. The master stateroom is forward and there are mirror image twin berth staterooms port and starboard.
The crews quarters is accessed from the bow, and has a single berth and head and shower.
The flybridge features a half tower with full eisenglass enclosure, ample seating, and storage lockers. The flybridge is accessed from either the salon up gradual circular stairs to a sliding glass door or from the aft deck up a ladder.
Additionally "Voyager" features safe, wide walk around side decks with raised bulwarks and substantial stainless steel railings, easy steps up to the side decks from the aft deck, and a Euro transom with steps down both port and starboard sides to the large swim platform, and hydraulic TNT lift for the tender.
Access to the engine room is from the aft deck.
The galley has been completely remodeled to create more storage space including a tall pantry that utilizes the space under the stairs to the flybridge, all finished with custom Bilotta Kitchen Cabinetry with white flat panel gloss. Opposite the galley, to port, is a curved dinette with a round dining table and comfortable seating for six, and storage is available under the banquette and in the upholstered stools.
The Master Stateroom has a large, walk-in dressing room. There are a variety of lighting options in the master stateroom; all on different switches and controlled from either nightstand, or at the entryway.
Aft of The Master Stateroom, along the hallway are spacious linen closets.
The main electrical panel located at the lower helm has been renewed with original replacements from Nautitech, including new touch pad controls for the engines and trim tabs, windlass, windshield wipers, etc. There are new push button switches for the AC/DC breakers and wiring.
The port main engine was rebuilt in June 2008 and has 108 hrs.SMOH, and the starboard engine has 1461 hours SMOH. the damage control bilge pump is interchangeable with the bilge manifold and an auxiliary fire pump system (which utilizes fresh water wash down and salt water pumps). The fire stations are located in the engine room, the fore deck, and the aft deck.
"Voyager" is a stunning vessel, decorated in very good taste!
The interior of "Voyager" is finished in lacquered cherry and burl woods. All new interior appointments using the finest fabrics and carpeting throughout. Professional decorator decided on all interior appointments and upgrades including all new galley and galley appliances.
The present owner has had the vessel for 11 years, using it in the Long Island Sound in summer and dedicating each winter to maintenance and upgrades. The complete list of improvements and all maintenance records and receipts are available to the next owner.
