If there's ever been a boat built that is the perfect combination of fishing, cruising, efficiency and ability to singlehand, it's the Tiara 39 convertible. "Doc Holiday" is a pristine example of the 39 with all the right options including the Cummins engine package, top of the line electronics, bow thruster, upgraded interior, fish package, and satellite TV/weather. She has a recent survey, fresh engine service and is ready to go anywhere--today! The current owners are looking to move up and cruise extensively. Dodge the new boat depreciation, save over $300k and go fishing this weekend!
The Tiara 39 is an SUV of the seas in that it has so many capabilities, from the ability to tournament fish one weekend and cruise to the Keys the next while sacrificing neither comfort nor efficiency.
Upon boarding the 39, one will find a cockpit that rivals many all-out tournament yachts. She has ample room for bait prep, tackle storage, a built-in transom baitwell, macerated fishboxes in the cockpit sole and a cockpit freezer box. One will also note Tiara's well-engineered engine room access. All of the systems are easily accessed and placed aft near the entry. Engine maintenance and cleanup is simple and again, one would think that they are on a much larger sportfish.
The interior of the 39 is absolutely stunning in that Tiara has designed it in such a way that one would think that they are inside a large cruiser or trawler. There's teak from floor to ceiling and the salon is as functional as any 45' vessel out there. She is equipped with leather couches to port and starboard. The port seating slides out into a double berth while the starboard seating functions as a dinette with table in place. "Doc Holiday" has custom carpet runners to protect her teak and holly wood sole as well as custom fitted seat covers. Moving forward, one will note a full-service galley to port with everything one would need for extended cruising. Forward and to starboard is a guest stateroom with bunk arrangement. One will note that these bunks are unusually long and can accommodate taller guests or storage.
Across to port is a large head with companionway access as well as private access from the master. The head also includes a separate shower stall with unique sliding door. It's amazing how much space there is for a 39' vessel.
Moving forward towards the bow, one will find the master stateroom. The master features a queen-sized pedestal berth with awesome storage beneath. To port and starboard are built-in teak cabinetry, a hanging locker and entertainment center. Doc Holiday has new custom bedding in the master stateroom. The interior shows and smells like new from salon entry to master!
Access to the flybridge is easy. This 39 has the cruising staircase with comfortable pitch and safety rails. The flybridge is well-designed with two helm pedestal chairs for forward visibility as well as a full view of the fishing action and cockpit. Forward of the helm pod is built-in seating for three guests with an insulated cooler beneath the cushions. This 39 is optioned with a full bridge enclosure for year-round enjoyment. For those extended cruises, satellite TV can be enjoyed from one of the two Raymarine E120 displays!
Save yourself some time and view this 39 Convertible first. She is truly turn-key, impeccably maintained and will fly through a survey. A recent survey is available to serious prospective buyers!
