Overview

This 1996 50' Viking convertible has everything you need to be an effective all around fishing vessel. Whether you plan to fish tournaments, fish high end luxury charters, or just take your family out for fun, this boat has what you need. The boat has recently had an extensive refit inside and out. New carpet, LED lighting, new mattresses in every berth and a new electrical system inside make this boat ready to go tomorrow. The MAN engines recently completed a 13 hour cruise running at 29 knots the entire way. With fresh bottom paint and zincs, she is in great shape from the keel to the tower. The electronics have been removed from the helm and seller is willing to negotiate a replacement for them of the buyers choice.

Vessel Walk Through

Stepping aboard at the transom you will immediately notice a large, spacious cockpit. There are in deck refrigerated fish boxes, fresh and salt water wash downs, and a mounting plate for a fighting chair. The aft bulkhead sports a sink, tackle station, engine room access hatch, top loading ice box and the ladder to the flybridge. The flybridge boasts two large cushioned bench seats and the primary helm station. From the cockpit, the salon door slides left into a pocket on the starboard side. In the salon, there is a main seating area with an L-shaped couch to port. Along the starboard side near the entrance is the main breaker panel, as well as a mini bar storage space and the stereo system. Forward of that, the dinette are fills the starboard side of the main cabin. The L-shaped couch and teak table give ample space for everyone to sit down for a meal. To the port side of the boat is the galley. The galley has a two burner stove, two refrigerators and two freezers. There is a large sink and plenty of storage. Moving towards the bow, the companionway brings you forward to the living quarters. To starboard is a mid-ship master stateroom boasting a queen size bed with a separate vanity from a private master head. To port you will find two bunk bed style berths in a guest stateroom. From there, the washer and dryer are stored in a closet to port. Beyond that you will find the day head that has a separate doorway to the VIP stateroom in the V-berth. The carpet is brand new in the boat as of April, 2016.
