Accommodations

The interior of the Beneteau 49 has a very bright and airy feel. The varnished interior is warm and inviting. "Elixir" has the desirable three stateroom/two head/two shower layout. 

The Owner's cabin is forward and includes a 6'7"x 5'3" center-island double berth. New custom mattress was added in 2016.  Headroom is 6'4". A dressing table with mirror is located to starboard and there is ample storage in drawers, bins, and lockers. An opening deck hatch is overhead for ventilation and side hull ports add additional light. There is a private owner's head to port with its own stall shower, vanity, and electric Quiet Flush marine toilet (new in 2016). The Main Salon has a large U-shaped settee to port with dinette table and liquor cabinet is incorporated into the cabinetry. Two moveable stools pull up to the table and opposite is a double settee with center armrest. A forward facing chart table is aft. The Galley is aft to port. Starbord is the aft head with an electric Quiet Flush marine toilet and one-piece molded head and separate stall shower. There is private access to this aft head from the stbd aft cabin. The twin aft cabins have excellent 6'7" headroom and veru large berths.
