Overview

The 37/40 Plus is a fabulous performance cruiser with speed and agility. This example has seen fastidious care and upgrades too lengthy to mention here. She has not been raced, only cruised. Accommodations

Furthest forward is the 6 foot 4 inch V berth, cabinets outboard, storage in aft corner cabinets and a vanity with hot and cold pressure water sink. Next aft is the salon with a single convertible settee to port and a L-shaped settee that converts to a 6 foot 6 inch double berth to starboard. There is a centerline teak folding leaf dining table. Next aft to port is the navigation station with the enclosed head with shower stall aft. To starboard is the L-shaped galley and the aft master stateroom with a 6 foot 5 inch by 5 foot centerline berth, abundant shelves and cabinets for storage.

The interior joiner work is teak with an off white hull liner, teak ceiling and the sole is teak and holly. There are 5 overhead hatches for ventilation in the forward cabin, main salon, galley and head. There are 12vdc fans throughout. The aft cabin has  4 opening ports and fans.
