Walkthrough

Boarding HOME RUN is over the port or starboard gunwales and into the spacious Lower Cockpit.  Up two steps slightly to starboard is the Helm Deck with L shaped seating to port, centerline helm with two companion chairs and starboard side built in cabinetry.

Also slightly to starboard are the four steps the Cabin Area.  Below an L shaped settee that converts to sleep two is immediately forward.  To port is the entrance to the private Head.  Next forward is the L shaped Galley with abundant storage.

All the way forward is private cabin with a double berth on centerline with storage below.  To both port and starboard are hanging lockers.

A ten step Pipewelders tower with full controls and a sunshade offers excellent visibility.

Main Cabin/Salon

Down three steps (which lift up for storage) is the Main Cabin/Salon.  Immediately to starboard is a cabinet set up for rod storage to hold four rods and reels plus additional storage.  Next forward is an L shaped settee with partial storage below.  The settee converts to sleep two in an upper/lower bunk fashion and a third in a pullout twin size Hide-a-Bed.  In front of the settee is a mounted but removable triangular teak table on a stainless steel pedestal and table cover.

Behind the settee are four storage cabinets.

Immediately to port upon entering the Cabin is a built in Samsung 22” LCD TV.  Under the steps is the Intellian Sat TV receiver.  Below the TV and behind a teak door is very complete AC/DC electric locker with digital readouts.  Next outboard is the boat’s full Head.

Forward of this on the port side is the Galley.

Also in this area is a teak and holly sole with a removable carpet and carpet runner, two skylight hatches, overhead lights and a Bose 3-2-1 Series III AM/FM/CD/DVD player with two speakers and a subwoofer.

Galley

The Galley is L shaped and occupies the port side of the Main Cabin.  Features include:

Kenyon ceramic two burner recessed cook top w/cover
Tappan microwave convection oven
Jennair (2) drawer stainless steel refrigerator w/icemaker
Stainless steel under mount sink
Single lever spray faucet
(4) Teak cabinet doors

Sole is teak & holly w/a removable carpet

Head

The yacht’s Head is in the Main Cabin aft to port.  The area has a teak and holly sole and a Sea Land Vacuuflush toilet.  The vanity has two teak storage drawers below and a solid surface countertop with an under mount sink with a single lever faucet above.

The stall shower has a clear tempered glass door and side light.  The shower fixtures are handheld or wall mountable.  Also in the shower is an exhaust fan, an opening frosted porthole and a light.

Hidden access to the back of the Helm is in the overhead as needed.

Master Cabin

All the way forward is the Master Cabin.  The sole is teak and holly and the berth is a walk around pedestal berth on centerline.

Below the berth are three drawers and a single locker.  Either side of the berth are steps for easy access.  Teak shelves either side of the bed serve as nightstands.  Access to the rope/chain locker is via a hatch in the forward bulkhead.

To both port and starboard are two teak rod storage lockers for three rods each.  Aft to starboard is a full size hanging locker.

To port is a built in 22” Samsung LCD TV and a Sony AM/FM/CD/DVD stereo with two 6” speakers.

Next aft is a matching hanging locker.

Also in this cabin is an Ocean Air sliding screen, a blackout cover for the overhead hatch and overhead light fixtures.
