The vessel has been dry sailed on the hard at WVYC until a wet moorage in Nanaimo was acquired late spring 2017. 

Remarks

Overall condition is very good. This is a well maintained example of the popular one-design keel
boat.
There is a full insurance was completed November 9, 2015. With no issues.

The price of the vessel has recently dropped (Sept. 11/17) from 54,500 to 48,500 ( approx. U.S. 39.5 for a U.S. buyer) making it the lowest price for a Farr 30 out there. Good boat with no real issues but the seller is there to sell.
