PRICE REDUCTION!
Our Pas Time is a wonderfully kept 2006 Carver 36 Mariner.
The current owners bought the boat to loop, but have decided to pause in Charleston and reluctantly put the boat on the market. Also noteworthy is that until the current owners made it down the river system, Our Pas Time had been a fresh water boat with winterizing.
The boat is perfect for a couple doing the Great Loop. Bridge clearances are easy for the entire loop. The single level floor plan on the inside is also very desirable.
The boat is in excellent condition, and needs next to nothing but fuel and provisions. While on the Loop, the port motor #3 cylinder seized.
The engine was replaced with a new engine instead of a rebuilt or MOH. All service records and manuals are available.
Other recent (2021-current) upgrades and maintenance include:
New port engine (~75 hours)
Kohler genset recent service with new control board
New SidePower bow thruster
Grey synthetic teak decking added to the steps and flybridge
New VHF radio
House banks replaced
New bilge pumps

Our Pas Time is located in Charleston, SC and is USCG documented. The boat simply needs fuel and provisions for the next trip. The galley is fully equipped including cookware, dishware and utensils, ready to go.
A 2021 survey is available for serious inquires. If you are in the market for a very comfortable, very turn key mid-size yacht, you need to see Our Pas Time.
Note the surveyor stated " The vessel appears to be in above average condition for her year. Judging from her appearance and optional equipment, she has received continued repair and preventative maintenance. The vessel reflects no hard or abusive use or any abnormal depreciation. She is equipped with a good selection of additional equipment, which should retain her place in the used boat market."
