Upon descending the companionway stairs - a full U-shaped Galley is to Starbd - Nav station and aft cabin entrance is to Port.

 

Forward of the Galley is the convertible Settee - This is a unique feature of this vessel.  The full length Settee converts to (2) easy chairs with a table between, and becomes a comfortable seating area with a convenient table for reading, relaxing or a casual meal.

 

Oppposite the Settee, on Port side is the dineete.  This also is a comfortable seating area with two table options.  A large table is used for dining, and a small table can be used for lounging, cocktails or light entertaining.

 

The head is amidships - forward of the dinette on Port side and has access from either the Salon, to be used as a day head, or the forward cabin to make this an en-suite owner's cabin.

 

CABINS - There is a wonderful forward cabin/owners state room with center line berth and private access to head. Many lockers, drawers, offering storage for extended cruises or living aboard. This Catalina 350 is in excellent mechanical condition and it is well maintained and spotless. . Her design  incorporates many desired features usually found in larger vessels. Her on deck length of 35'-3" and beam of 13' make her a true 35 footer. Deep, secure comings, and seats long enough for sleeping and entertaining highlight the cockpit. Wide weather decks, tall life lines and inboard shrouds make for secure movement. A large divided anchor locker capable of taking any size of anchor. With her double anchor rollers, you can store two anchors on the bow. Sail controls are led aft on the cabin top to large winches within easy reach of the helmsman. The powerful, yet easily managed rig includes ball bearing blocks and Furling mainsail and head-sail.


Her versatile accommodations include settees that will serve as sea berths. Comfortable cabins fore & aft provide privacy for two couples.
