Overview

The MOJITO is a 1986 model CATALINA 36 Mk I .. and a very nice example of that very popular model too. Some 1,788 examples were built from 1982 until production ended. This makes the Catalina 36 one of the most successful yachts of her size & class ever produced! Despite that fact, "good ones" are hard to find .. but here's one that will fulfill that requirement.

The MOJITO has benefited from knowledgeable Owners who have "detailed" her and brought the yacht's systems & gear up-to-date. The newer RAYMARINE electronics include RM i70 nav & performance, a RM EV-100 autopilot and a STANDARD Horizon VHF with AIS / GPS capabilities. The sails & canvas are in very good condition. The MOJITO's interior is just exceptional with the very well-maintained condition of the teak joinery and the cabin sole. The upholstery presents very well and the "neat & clean" aspect is quite obvious as a priority as well. 

As the MOJITO's Owners are now looking to move up to a larger cruising sailing yacht, she's offered for brokerage sale. Given her overall condition and equipage, appointments for viewings are certainly to be encouraged as clients who are "particular" about their choices won't be disappointed.
