Introduction
Riverpoint Boatworks is proud to announce the acquisition of tooling to manufacture 25 to 30 ft. Carolina Style boats built with a mold purchased from Calyber Boatworks of Edenton, NC.
Hull, deck, cockpit, console, stringers
These boats, like all Riverpoints, are entirely constructed from composite materials (no wood). All fiberglass components, including the hull, center console and stringers are laid up by hand. The stringers are foam-filled for flotation and additional strength. The decking, flooring and transom are constructed from composite core materials. No component of a Riverpoint will ever rot.
Hull design and construction
These boat feature a sharp 60º entry extreme warped hull design producing a comfortable ride and legendary Carolina Boat sea conquering capabilities. The boats are constructed from hand-laid fiberglass in a split-mold and composites materials throughout. They are built with extreme attention to detail and a great deal of pride!
