Overview

BEACH PLUMB was designed for a New England couple making the move from sail to power who desired a swift and stable yacht able to easily zip around (and over!) the shallows of Nantucket, Cape Cod and the Vineyard.  She sleeps two couples (plus a kid or two) in complete privacy, affords wonderful water access, and whisper quiet operation.  A totally unique offering!

Accommodations

BEACH PLUMB features a V-berth forward followed by a head with shower, galley and dinette which can lower into a double berth.  Midship is a raised bridge deck with excellent sightlines in all directions, helm with double Stidd chair to starboard, settee to port and another aft.  Master Cabin is aft featuring twin port and starboard berths, head with stall shower and nav-desk area.  A large cockpit is aft leading to an open transom enabling for incredibly easy tender launching and retrieval.

Broker Remarks

BEACH PLUMB is totally unique in her design and commanding in her good looks.  While designed for New England waters, she is well suited to any climate and area where speed and shallow draft are desired.  While out on a sea trial with her owner, I was immediately taken with how quiet and smooth BEACH PLUMB is.  She is well balanced with no real discernable bow rise at any speed, and she performed beautifully with her narrow beam slicing thorough the 2’ Vineyard Sound chop easily, at every angle and without fuss.  This is truly one of the “coolest” and most sensible express cruisers I have had the good fortune to enjoy an outing on.  She can be well recommended and should not disappoint upon inspection.
