"Fairlee" is a beautiful, two owner Grand Banks 49 East Bay 2002 located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She is powered by twin CAT 3196's (approx. 1,780 original hours) giving her ample, reliable power and speed --- she cruises easily at 24 knots.

The interior accommodations are well designed and provide a bright and airy ambiance throughout. This East Bay 49 is modern, fast, dry, stable, and beautifully detailed, as one would expect in a Grand Banks yacht. 

Walkthrough

As you board from the cockpit, you take 3 steps through the eisenglass door into the spacious helm deck that features a large "L" shaped settee with high-low teak table to port and double settee opposite to starboard. The helm and companion seats are both double sized, with storage under the helm seat and companion seat plus an ice maker under the companion seat.

Going below, to port is the galley. Opposite the galley is the dinette with double drop-leaf high-low table surrounded with a "U" shaped settee with storage and stereo lockers outboard.

Going forward, the guest stateroom portside has a large fore and aft berths and hanging locker. The guest and day head is across the companionway to starboard adjacent to the double entry shower stall. The master stateroom features an island queen bed, a large double door hanging locker, and ample floor space made possible by moving the head to port adjacent to the entryway.
