Some of her extras include:

- Recently repowered with a 75 hp Yanmar engine

Accommodations
Two stateroom, two head center-cockpit design with copious amounts of storage.
Master stateroom aft with full-width double berth. Designed so that you have an athwartship double when in port and two seaberths when passagemaking. Full head and separate stand up shower with seat, excellent storage and hanging locker space.
Moving forward in the passageway is the engine room access door and then the custom chart table, unlike any other Gulfstar 44 ever made. Opposite is the U-shaped galley.
Next is the salon. There is a double dropleaf table near centerline and a custom “end table” just forward of that. L shaped settee on port, straight settee to starboard with pull down breakfast/reading table.
Finally, there is a head and shower to port and a sizable V-berth forward of that.
