Overview

Anthem is a 1985 40' Hunter in very nice condition.  Her experienced owners have cruised her extensively and have updated and upgraded her with custom, common-sense features.  Her present owners purchased Anthem in 2000 from her original owner and have spent over $30,000 in upgrades and updates in the past five years.   Her sellers have moved ashore, so Anthem is now available for sale.


40' Hunter Vessel Walkthrough

Entering the salon from the cockpit through the companionway, you will find an entrance to the
master stateroom on each side aft, galley starboard aft, L-shaped settee and table starboard forward,
head port aft, nav station to port, benchseat/berth port forward and the guest stateroom forward.

40' Hunter Accommodations

Anthem offers a full beam master stateroom aft with a centerline queen size berth and a guest
stateroom forward with v-berth. There is also a single berth port forward in the salon. The head is
located port aft in the salon

40' Hunter Salon

The salon offers a benchseat/berth port forward, L-shaped seating and a folding teak table starboard
forward, computer station starboard forward, 5 portlights, overhead hatch, fans, teak & holly sole,
storage under and behind the seating, shelves and a nav station to port.
