Overview
"AN ISLE OF CALM IN THE SEA OF LIFE" The Jefferson 56 Rivanna is a traditional cockpit
motor yacht whose principal features are a huge aft deck, fully equipped Gallery and a wide open
interior with an abundance of handcrafted teak woodwork. The Rivanna's standard floor plan,
that the spacious Master Stateroom is Aft and down, allows for the spacious Aft deck. The teak
interior joinery is beautifully finished throughout. Master Stateroom features built-in teak
dressers and has its own Ensuite. The flybridge is spacious with an abundance of seating, wide
side decks, bow pulpit, aft deck hard top, roomy cockpit with transom door and swim platform.
Walkthrough
Upon boarding Miss Alice from the Port side boarding ladder, Aft is a spacious Aft deck which has ample seating for eight at a teak table with matching teak chairs. The Aft deck is fully-enclosed with wing doors going Port to Starboard.
Forward, you enter the main Salon which has a new leather couch with recliners, barrel chair and a ligh-low table. Also in the Salon is a flat screen TV on starboard side and forward on starboard side is the lower helm which has full electronics.
On the Port side thru the Main Salon, with matching high-gloss teak, the Galley is located to Starboard with surreal countertops, double cooktop, double sink, Uline refrigeration, and convection/ microwave overhangs the four-burner stove.
Further forward, three steps down to Port, is the guest stateroom with over/under bunks (very wide berths), a shared ensuite, and the VIP V-berth with matching rich teak interior, hanging closets, flat screen TV and storage under the bed.
Back Aft all the way through the companionway is a lift under the stairs which provides access to engine room which houses new batteries, oil change systems and twin Series 60 Detroit Diesel engines.
A stackable washing machine/dryer unit is conveniently located behind a full door in the master.
Moving back Aft through the Salon, down four steps, is the Master Stateroom which accommodates a king-size bed, matching rich teak interior, full lighting and draperies throughout. Upgraded bedding, walk-in closet with safe and Ensuite with Shower.
From the Salon and through the Aft deck and down four steps is the cockpit with Glendinning power supply and transom door to the swim platform that is at water level for water sports, and easy boarding and provisioning. Also featuring an aft deck shower.
Back to the Aft deck and up three steps to the flybridge has all new enclosures, upgraded helm chairs and L-shaped seating and a wet bar to starboard. The Aft hardtop houses a Steel Head 1000-pound davit and cradle system for tender. The pulpit has a windless full chain SS anchor.
