Classic and nautical interior!

From the moment you enter the pilothouse of the Brewer 46, you are transported back to a time when pleasure boats were built with rich teak and mahogany interiors and gave you the feeling of safety, comfort, and independence. The windows in the pilothouse give you an ample view all-around, and there is a nice sea berth to starboard and nav station to port.

The master stateroom is aft of the pilothouse. You step down into a cozy cabin with a large double bed and its own head and shower, as well as plenty of storage for comfortable living aboard.

Forward of the pilothouse, you step down again into a living area with a large u-shaped galley, idea for preparing meals offshore. There is a convenient pass-through leading from the galley to a deep and comfortable salon table, which seats 6 or more. Everything about this arrangement is luxurious. The forward cabin features a double berth and then a small side-berth/storage area. The head is to starboard, and includes a large separate stall shower.

She needs some love, but a new owner could move aboard today in the boat yard and live aboard while fixing her up.

Ready to be repowered

"Ragtime Duet" is currently without an engine, but the old one has been removed, the bilge has been epoxied and painted, and she is ready to be repowered. Shaft and prop are aboard, as well as transmission.

This is your chance to buy a beautiful classic and give her a new lease on life!

Broker's notes

This is a deal and it won't last. Fixed up, these boats can sell for over $200,000. The owner loves her but has decided to focus on a smaller boat that is more suitable for single-handing.

She has a strong and solid hull, reported to be over an inch and a half thick solid fiberglass even above the waterline. There are no blisters, and her keel and rudder are in great shape. She is truly a stately appearance out of the water!

Her teak decks show no sign of leaking, and the owner has completely replaced the teak in the cockpit. Call me and let's go see her!
