The Nelson Marek designed Morgan 45 is a real sailors delight, performing well with excellent creature comforts. This one has seen a thoughtful refit including the bottom stripped and barrier coated, the hull Awlgripped, new engine, sails, running rigging, centerboard pennant, canvas, electronics, custom winter cover and more.

Accommodations;
The forward stateroom has a centerline queen berth with a dressing seat and a locker with shelves to port, there is a private head entrance to starboard with a head, vanity and shower.

Next aft is the Salon with a hanging locker modified with shelf storage, abundant storage cabinets, a settee/berth and a pilot berth to port, to starboard is a dinette/berth with outboard storage shelves and cabinets, the navigation station is aft. Across on to port is the L-shaped galley.

Furthest aft is the master stateroom with centerline queen berth, seating, abundant drawer and locker storage, to starboard there is a private entry to the aft head with vanity and shower.

The interior is teak bulkheads and joinerwork with teak and holly sole. There are 4 solar cabin top vents, overhead opening hatches and opening ports for ventilation.
