WALK THROUGH TOUR

Admire this Nelson Marek 454 design from dock. Step aboard amidship and proceed forward inside double lifelines while observing clean nonskid deck and aluminum toe rail. Notice heavy duty rod standing rigging, lazy jack mainsail flaking system, 14 winches with all lines led aft to cockpit. At bow, note bow pulpit, anchor locker, and jib on Harken roller furler. As you move aft portside, notice the boarding ladder at cockpit. Enter cockpit and sit under bimini on comfortable well cushioned helm seat that serves as access to generator and steering. Note the captain's relatively clear sight lines from this  cockpit seat.

Move forward in cockpit and down companionway 8 steps to beautiful mahogany interior with teak and holly sole. Observe well designed navigation station to starboard across from L-shaped galley. Turn aft at navigation station to enter aft head. Exit head through second private door to aft cabin with generous queen berth, settee and ample locker and cabinet storage.

Return to salon through private cabin door. Pass galley to port and move forward to comfortable, cushioned settees to port and starboard surrounding large table. Perfect layout for relaxing, entertaining friends and family, and holding racing crew updates. Observe shelves and cabinets above settees.

Proceed forward and open door to forward head to starboard. Exit through private door to forward cabin. Note comfortable queen v-berth, settee and ample storage in hanging lockers, cabinets and shelves. Exit forward cabin through private door aft to salon.
