Engine Information

Overview

This classic Swan 44 is fully equipped and ready to go. One of the nicest sea boats that S&S ever designed, she is very comfortable offshore while her performance inshore wont disappoint you. The owner courted his wife aboard her has moved on to other interests and his son, who raced her to Bermuda in 2016, is now located on the West Coast and has no time.

                                     

Accommodations

See arrangement plan. There is a “V” berth forward with filler and hanging lockers port and starboard. Sail and gear stowage is under fold up berths. Next aft is the main salon with upper and lower berths port and starboard with a table on the centerline. The “L” shaped galley is aft to port with access though a door to the aft cabin. Opposite to starboard is the nav station. The companionway is on the centerline over the engine box which folds forward to allow great access. The head is to starboard of the companionway. The aft cabin has two quarter berths with lockers between and private access to the head.

Construction

Solid laminate hull to Lloyds specifications. Dark Blue Awlgrip 2007 with white boot top and gold cover stripe. Bottom paint new 2008. 

Deck is teak (new in 2001) over sold fiberglass laminate. New white Awlgrip on fiberglass areas 2007.
