Overview

Fidelio is a 2001 40' Sabre 402 in nice condition. She offers a 55 hp Yanmar auxiliary with only 1,630 hours, 3.8 kW generator with only 395 hours, 5'3" draft, in-boom furling main and a clean, uncluttered interior. Her sellers are moving to a trawler, so Fidelio is now available for sale.

Post hurricane Irma condition report:  Fidelio lost her canvas, has a small scratch in her hull and lost about a 3' section of her rub rail on one side, all of which is scheduled for repair ASAP.

40' Sabre Vessel Walkthrough

From the cockpit, you enter the salon via the companionway and you will find a stateroom port aft with direct access to the head and enclosed shower starboard aft, nav station to starboard, benchseat/berth starboard forward, wrap-around seating and folding table that converts to a double size berth port forward and the galley port aft.  There is also a stateroom forward.  Access to the auxiliary is via two side hatches in the galley counter.  Access to the generator is the cockpit starboard seating hatch.  The teak & holly interior sole was recently refinished.

40' Sabre Accommodations

Fidelio offers a stateroom forward with a v-berth, a stateroom aft with a double size berth and direct access to the head with enclosed shower, a single berth/benchseat starboard forward in the salon and wrap-around seating that converts into a double size berth port forward in the salon.

The salon offers wrap-around seating with a folding table port forward that converts into a double size berth and offers storage underneath, a benchseat/berth starboard forward, nav station to starboard, 2 portlights each side forward, 2 windows each side aft, 2 overhead hatches, shelves, storage cabinets and a teak & holly sole.
