Overview

Great looking Sweden and a capable cruiser to boot!

Broker's Comments

NEVER LOOK BACK is a 1987 Sweden 41. Stunning lines and superb functionality make this yacht very sought after and guarantees pride of ownership! Acquired by her current owners from the previous owners in 2006, she has been well maintained and upgraded and no expense has been spared keeping her thoroughly up to date, including a full refit of the teak decks in 2005.  She is in outstanding condition for her years and is unquestionably a thoroughbred.  With all the best materials and workmanship, this yacht will take you comfortably through the roughest weather whilst her elegant good looks are guaranteed to provide her new owners with the best “row-away” factor.  The beautifully laid out and equipped mahogany interior provides a magnificent aft cabin with a large centreline double berth, there is a double cabin forward with heads and a substantial multi-section wardrobe.  The roomy comfortable saloon is forward of the excellent navigation station and L shaped galley and all the furniture is finely crafted and illustrates why Scandinavian yachts have the best reputation for build quality.

Owner's Comments

Built in 1987 at Stenungsund, Sweden, we are the third owners of this amazingly elegant and powerful cruiser/racer.  Fully refitted in 2009 (all rudder bearings replaced), she has crossed the Channel many times, been as far as far as the Scilly Isles and has proved “steadfast and redoubtable” (according to her review in Sailing Today).  She comes fully equipped and ready to do it again, right down to the satellite communications/email and chart plotter/laptop.

Family circumstances force a very reluctant sale.

From her restored teak decks to upgraded sail wardrobe, NEVER LOOK BACK is just the ticket for serious passage-making and racing around the Isle of Wight (3rd in Class in 2005) – or simply cruising with family and friends.
