This is a boat ready to leave the dock. The owners spent the time and the money getting her ready for liveaboard cruising only to have medical issues change their plans. From new rigging to a new Mantis anchor this boat is poised for you to take her sailing.

Accommodations

Down the companionway forward of the cockpit leads into the salon. To starboard is the dinette with a U-shaped settee on a raised cabin sole and a table that opens to form a substantial surface. She had bookshelves along the hull above the settee and storage lockers behind and below the seating areas and floor.
Opposite the dinette is the well equipped  Nav Station with a comfortable, upholstered seat, large chart table and good storage. Forward of the Nav Station is a sizable hanging locker with a top surface area for personal belongings. The fore cabin has a Pullman-style berth to starboard and a hanging locker and small settee to port. The spacious forward head/shower is in the bow.
The Galley can be found behind the nav station, to port, along the gangway to the aft cabin. Well equipped, it has a large refrigerator and freezer with side-by-side top-loading hatches, a double stainless-steel sink, an ENO 3-burner propane stove and oven and plentiful counter space. Storage can be found above and below the counters and there is a separate counter top with a microwave oven and lockers below on the midships side of the walk-through.
The master cabin is in the stern of the boat. It has a queen-sized bunk with bedside tables/lockers on either side, two hanging lockers and a vanity with a mirror. Access to the aft head with separate shower is on the starboard side. The engine room can be accessed from the aft hatch below the vanity, through a hatch in the galley, and through opening companionway ladder.
