Overview

Breathless is a beautiful, well loved, capable and extraordinary motor sailing ketch. She has been meticulously maintained and is ready to go. The maintenance is up to date, including her bottom paint and she is rigged to cruise.

 

Accommodations

Breathless is a custom 72’ pilothouse ketch sailing vessel.  Built by Cooper Maple Leaf Yachts in British Columbia, Canada.  She has a log book as well as a systems manual produced by her last captain.

The spacious aft deck leads forward to a cockpit, and through companionway doors to a spacious pilothouse. Visibility is extraordinary from either the outside aft cockpit helm or from the enclosed, climate controlled pilothouse helm.  Her cutter/ketch rig within mast main and mizzen furling systems have conveniently placed sail handling controls for easy short-handed sailing.

Enter the main cabin from the pilothouse on the curved companionway stairs to a stunning main salon with ample seating. A navigation station/desk area is directly to port.  The dining area is forward to port with galley to starboard and a pass through from kitchen to dining area.  Forward to port is a washer/dryer and workshop room.  Forward is the crew quarters with a captain’s berth to port and hi-lo bunk bed for crew on starboard side.

Moving aft from the salon and a few steps down to the main hallway leads to two VIP suites; one port the other starboard. Each has its own ensuite head with separate showers.  

Furthest aft is the owner’s stateroom with private head and shower and vanity table.  On center line is the owners berth and to port is a sofa/seating area.

The entire boat has tremendous storage throughout with numerous opening hatches for excellent ventilation. Hanging lockers are cedar lined.

Engine room is from the hallway amidships down a few steps.

Master Stateroom

Aft is a spacious master stateroom with king sized pedestal center line berth, ensuite head, cedar hanging locker closets, generous storage with vanity and drawers.

Ensuite head has separate walk in shower and Vacuflush head.
