This 1988 54' Irwin Center Cockpit is a true blue-water cruiser with the perfect floorplan for living aboard with its 4-stateroom layout and 3-heads. The large salon area offers an L-shaped seating areas port and starboard, nav-station to port and a large galley area midship under the cockpit sole. She is powered with a 110hp Yanmar Diesel Engine which was replaced new in 2010 and has only 144 hours of running time. OWNER IS VERY MOTIVATED and WILL CONSIDER ALL OFFERS!!!

The interior layout offers a shower compartment forward, shared by two head compartments and two forward staterooms port and starboard.
