INTRODUCTION

The Perry-designed Nordic 44 has achieved cult-like status for its reputation as a reliable offshore cruiser with excellent sailing characteristics. Very rarely does one find a boat at this price point that can be taken confidently off into the sunset.

QUINTESSENCE is just such a boat, ready to go, equipped with ICOM SSB, Monitor wind vane, wind generator, staysail, storm jib and more. Her spacious two-cabin/two-head layout in teak joinery features a large galley, nav station and plenty of storage.

INTERIOR WALK-THROUGH

The forward cabin features a V-berth with filler, locker storage and an overhead deck hatch. The forward head, to port, has a manual toilet, receiver-style shower, stainless steel sink and locker storage.

Next aft is the main saloon.  To port is an L-shaped settee with storage lockers and a custom glass locker above/outboard. The forward bulkhead has an integrated china cabinet and mounted drop-down dining table. A bench settee, to starboard, has shelves and storage lockers above/outboard and a built-in end table.  Hatches and task lighting illuminate this spacious, comfortable area. Wall mounted Bose speakers are to port and starboard.

The nav station is forward-facing and located aft of the starboard bench settee.

Across from the nav station, port side, is the U-shaped galley.
