Overview

Bavaria 49 in the Caribbean, not chartered, maintained, upgraded to cruise the Caribbean in comfort with room for family and friends.

Accommodations

Stepping on-board through the transom door, the size of the 49 is immediately evident. The expansive cockpit ahead of the twin wheels with a large folding cockpit table.  Covered by a dodger and bimini, certainly gives protection from the elements. The U-shaped galley to starboard is fully equipped with gas stove and oven, fridge, freezer, twin stainless-steel sinks and heaps of stowage for extended passages. Chart table, which has plenty of room for electronics and storage and even offers a handy tool compartment under the seat. Two aft double cabins are roomy with cupboards and drawers sufficient to stow gear. Moving forward,  large settee with salon table on the port side.
Forward are two separate bunk rooms (Port & Starboard) , 4 beds in total, a third ensuite and the large double cabin in the bow all with cupboards and drawers, even with the door closed there's plenty of room to move around.
