Yacht Introduction & Description

'Ingrid May' a houseboat junk with teak decks and topsides, and GRP hull is offered with full debenture and berth in Gold Coast Marina, Hong Kong, (subject to Marina Manager approval). This modern and spacious junk offers excellent accommodation on the water suitable for either families or couples. 



Maintenance & Servicing Work Details

Detailed servicing and maintenance work has been carried out in the shipyard in 2011 when the current owner took ownership of the boat. Work included re-doing gel-coat and primer on the hull

2014 has seen further servicing and maintenance including full new varnish, re-fiber glass and full paint of decks, re-sealed some of the teak planks, full engine service including new fuel pump, new exhaust. Full set of new batteries and a new battery charger. Hull wash and new antifoul. 

Accommodations

Owner's main double berth is forward in the V-berth with inbuilt wardrobe space for storage 
Owner's ensuite bathroom with shower and bath
x2 rooms aft with double berths, ideal as guest rooms or children's rooms with inbuilt wardrobes and desks
1 single room with bunk and storage, ideal as a small child's room, guest or even a helper's room

Living Areas

Downstairs between the accommodation is an open plan TV room, sofa area
Opposite is a dedicated office space, with inbuilt cupboards, which can be closed off for privacy  

Upstairs, presents open plan galley with large living space and dining area. Large balcony doors open onto the spacious aft deck with room for a dining table and seating if needed

Large flybridge, accessible from the bow, providing ample space for outdoor dining and BBQ's. Top deck is spacious with a bimini to protect from rain and sun.
