Overview

Cinnamon Girl is a 1996 40' ft Catalina aft cockpit sloop kept in bristol fashion. Her owner's have spared no expense to keep her ready to sail anywhere. Her recent upgrades include all new standing rigging,a complete bottom job in 2017, new mainsail in 2016 along with a 7 year old genoa that was also restitched n 2016. Her solar power set-up mounted above the aft cockpit bimini allows  her to be self sufficient for long voyages. Seller's have kept extensive maintenance records along with a recent survey done in March of 2017. This vessel is turn key and ready to go.

40' Catalina Walkthrough

Entering the cockpit from the aft ,Cinnamon Girl provides comfortable seating for her crew. Double pedestal steering with easy visibility for both port or starboard tacks. Cabin access is through the cockpit hatch and leads down into a spacious cabin. The aft master access is to port with its own en-suite head with double doors. She has a queen size berth with ample storage and sitting areas both to port and starboard. The efficient galley is to starboard with plenty of room for the on board chef. Moving forward there is a u-shaped settee to starboard. Directly across to port is a single settee with the navigation center adjacent to it. Both settees have been recently recovered.The main salon area is bright  and cozy. The 8 opening ports allow for plenty of light and air flow. The beautiful teak and holly sole throughout Cinnamon Girl compliments her entire interior along with the custom cabinet doors for the galley and salon. The guest stateroom  is located forward with a fill in v-berth set up and its own private head.
Headroom in the salon is 6' 9"

40' Catalina Accomodations

Cinammon Girl offers a very spacious master aft cabin with a center line queen berth and a long curved bench seat on each side. There are large hanging lockers to port and starboard with private access to the en-suite head and shower to port. The aft master also has 2 large opening hatches and a nice vanity across from the base of the berth. Her U shaped settee to starboard in the main cabin can break down to a double berth and the large straight settee to port can act as one single berth. Moving forward is the guest stateroom with a v-berth set-up and private en-suite head. The four opening ports,two fixed longer ports and 3 overhead hatches allow for plenty of light and a great overall openess feeling.
