Overview

The Sea Ray 290 Amberjack is a nice blend of luxury and fishing features to appealing to those wanting to fish without sacrificing on creature comforts. Indeed, the compelling lines of the Sea Ray 290 Amberjack are as good as it gets in a modern express fisherman.

Like most Sea Ray models, this 290 rides on a deep-V hull with moderate beam, cored hullsides, and a solid fiberglass bottom. Her spacious cockpit features removable bench seating aft, a portside back-to-back lounger and a double-wide helm seat make this great for cruising or fishing. A gas assisted engine hatch provides easy access to the engine room. Below decks, her cabin accommodations are a compelling blend of cherry wood cabinets, vinyl flooring, sleeping accommodations for four and designer galley appliances.  Note the innovative aluminum tubular arch with rocket launches and 12V lighting overhead. You can extended your living area to the cockpit with the addition of the camper canvas.

The Twin MerCruiser 5.0L MPI 260hp sterndrive cruise this 290 Amberjack at 27 knots and tops out at 37+ knots.
