Overview

This boat is truly "a one of a kind", her beautiful blue hull has been custom painted and built out by Townsend Bay Marine. Trying to find the perfect yacht for this gentleman was not an easy task, so he set out to build one with the help of Port Townsend's experienced shipwrights. Wily King was built to be an exceptional yacht, Unique though just perfect to fit the vision inspired by her experienced captain and his wife.

This vessel has proven herself, year after year, and has been very reliable! She shows true pride of ownership.

With the help of John L. Anderson Yacht Design of Kingston, Washington she was born from the hull up for the purpose of expedition trips from Washington to Alaska. Which she has managed easily each and every year since built. The boat is full of redundant features and with the twin Caterpillar C-18 diesel engines she has plenty of good years of service left to give. You will discover one of the most extensive lists of electronics and appliances on board. The boat has two autopilots, water maker a new generator, wine cellar, hydraulic bow thruster and a gourmet galley with all of the ammenities you would need to entertain the entire crew. The boat is also equipped with a central vacuum and a washer dryer for quick and easy care.

The flooring is a rubberized heavy-duty commercial grade material that looks great and can be wiped clean with soap and water. So, if you forget to take your shoes off it really will not make a difference.

This boat would be a perfect floating home away from home in Alaska or right here in the Pacific Northwest. This one owner boat was built and cared for by Townsend Bay Marine on the Olympic Peninsula. TBM has just gone through the annual list and has had some recent upgrades preparing her for the new boating season.
