Broker Remarks

LINDA MARIE is a very well maintained low hour GB46 Europa that’s been used seasonally in New England.  She runs along nicely at displacement speeds or at a 15kt to 17kt cruise (confirmed by her broker who ran alongside for the photo shoot) topping out over 20kts.  Her unique 3-stateroom layout affords cruising privacy for multiple couples or kids of all ages and her custom swimplatform access from her aft deck makes boarding from the water or tender a breeze.  Handling is predicable around the dock thanks to Bow and Stern thrusters and a dedicated Marquipt tender davit makes launching quick and easy.  LINDA MARIE is in very nice condition and one of the nicest Grand Banks her listing broker has seen.  For sale due to her owners desire for a larger vessel.
