Monte Carlo Yachts 86 Yacht Review

Monte Carlo Yachts 86 Yacht ReviewIn 2010 Monte Carlo Yachts made their grand entrance to the world of boating, and since they have created four models. The 86 is a small superyacht that combines customization and clever production.

Performance

There is only one engine option available; two MAN V12’s with 1800 horsepower. But that isn’t discouraging because she can ride the waters with the best of them. Monte Carlo designs their boats bit different, but it works!

Accommodations

There are five different lower deck options available. They come with three to five cabins. In the most luxurious of the options, the master quarters take up half of the whole lower deck, with a twin and double suite to the back. If you are in the market to charter your boat, the five cabin layout would probably suite your needs best.

In the design of this boat, interior space was important. The engines are mounted on V-drives to the back. They crew quarters and galley are towards the front. On both decks, the guest quarters have the majority of the beamiest part of the craft. Even in twin cabins, the beds are six feet six inches long and are over thirty inches wide. Headroom is amazing at six feet six inches.

Monte Carlo Yachts 86 Yacht ReviewMonte Carlo Yachts works with Nuvolari-Lenard in Venice to create any type of interior you can think of. The 86 is considered a type of mine superyacht because of this. You aren’t limited with interior space and preplanned layout options. Not to mention that the 86 has optional balconies that fold out on both sides of the dining area!

It is important to make good use out of the interior space available, but taking advantage of the on-deck spaces is vital too. The flying bridge of this yacht is forty feet in length- including a bar, couches, hot tub, and lounging space. There is also a lounge on the bow.
